Allergies

Allergies

The body does not passively soak up toxins like a sponge. It has defenses and resources which constantly act even while you sleep. When toxins enter your body, these are swiftly dealt with, provided there is an efficient response.

So the younger and healthier you are, the better your body will be at getting rid of these poisons and the less damage your body is likely to suffer. The older or less healthy you are, the poorer is this protective response and the greater is the possibility of damage occurring to your body. The elimination of toxins from your body is not just a simple method of getting rid of poisons which arrive uninvited in food, drink or air, or though contact with your skin. It is a non-stop campaign to get rid of your toxic debris left over from the very act of living. The complex process of detoxification involves the immune system (especially the white blood cells), the lungs, kidneys, bowels, liver and the skin. Looking after all these complicated activities is the mind.

The process of energy generation in which raw materials such as fats, proteins and sugars are broken down and used to energise the body leave wastes behind just as ash is left behind after a cigarette burns. This is one of the major sources of toxic waste in your body.

How would I know if I require detoxification? What are the indications that a detox is in order?

Do you have asthma, eczema or sinusitis?

Do you have allergies or are you sensitive to chemicals or pollution?

Do you have wheezing or skin outbreaks of and on?

Do you have allergies or are you sensitive to chemicals or pollution?

Do you feel worse after exercise?

Do you experience fatigue on and off?

Do you have digestive problems?

If you score answer ‘yes’ 3 or more times then you should consider a detox.

Hi, We are located in Singapore. I don’t know all the Naturopaths in your neighbourhood.
Your best bet is to check with the local naturopathic organisation. Simply google them. They will give you a list of naturopaths
    if any in your region.

    cheers
